Now the customer service in finance that i talked to after talking to Dave(who was so helpful!!!!) they need some help! the lady i talked to made me feel like the dumbest box of rocks for wondering why my husband was getting the statements and why he was put as the customer on my account which wasn't the case at all im the customer and he was just the co-signer on the lease.... whatever it may be customer service SHOULD NOT make a customer feel like they have no idea what they are talking about! very unhappy with the finance customer service! BUT VERY VERY happy with both Dan and Dave! More
