I had a busy schedule and not much time to get to the dealer but Lori Shead made it convenient and quick to collect details on my trade in over the phone and have a vehicle waiting for me to test drive that afternoon. I soon had my vehicle appraised and was again impressed with a fair offer on the trade. I selected the car on the lot that appealed to me and we had a deal on the table. I was very satisfied with Lori and the sales manager, answering all my questions and not once did I feel I was being pressured for a quick sale.
