My husband recently took my Sonata to Voss to get an oil change (we usually go to Superior Hyundai Beavercreek) when he came back he said that was the best service he's ever had and trust me my husband is hard to please when it comes to car service, he always expects that the techs are trying to get over. The only reason we came to visit was to look at a used Fiat that my husband wanted and it was below market value. he had spoken to a lady through email and she had told him the car would be there on the day we were coming to visit. When we got there, it was gone. Not sold. The card had been moved to another dealership and my husband was upset. I firmly believe that Jamie and the connection he made with my husband is the ONLY reason he stayed and we leased a new Elantra from here. More

I then did more research on the vehicle and was quoted a lower price through the dealership my previous car came from. Greg was not only able to work to get the price lowered to beat the other dealership, he also helped in negotiating my trade in. They worked to find the color exterior and interior that I wanted and was able to get it on site in only a few short days. Everything from start to finish went very smooth and I never felt pressured at any time during the process. They even made it easy with my trade in, as the title was not in my name. Everyone I spoke with during the process was very nice and willing to help in any way possible. I would recommedn (and have been) this dealership and Greg. Even after the sale they are still there if I have any questions or concerns with the car. More
