I thought the on boarding staff was excellent, but after that things went downhill. I came to Hyundai for a certain code that appeared, but was reset; this code is extremely common to this specific (notorio that things went downhill. I came to Hyundai for a certain code that appeared, but was reset; this code is extremely common to this specific (notoriously bad engine) however, that just didn’t enter into it. The recalls were apparently applied and that was it. The tech “drove” the car but couldn’t mimic the code; so the fix to me was to drive it around until it happens again. They wouldn’t look up the history codes or offer any advice rather to “drive it”; I work approximately 100 miles from home! To wrap up; this motor is a known problem, why in the world would a dealership just send you on the way? How incredibly dangerous, stupid and incredibly inconsiderate. Fix the car is all I asked! A million dollars in equipment and drive it around was the fix… unreal More
