We walked into the dealership just to look, not having decided what brand of car to buy, although I knew I wanted a smaller SUV and was leaning towards the smaller version of the Volvo I had previously. After looking at a few cars and test driving one, we talked with Rebecca and she explained the packages and options and found a car that was exactly what I wanted at a great price. I went out of town a few days later and she emailed me to keep me posted on where the car was and when it would arrive. The day after I got home, I picked up my new car and she spent more than 2 hours with me explaining all of the features. Even presented it with a giant red bow on the hood. I couldn't be happier!
