My car was in for state inspection and 2 recalls -- all complimentary services. Apparently, the courtesy car wash isn't included with such appointments, because my car was returned to me dirty. I had three things addressed that day and the servicemen were finished faster than I ever imagined! I liked the quiet room, so I could read while I waited. I think if the room had a sign designating it a quiet room, then perhaps those men would have gone elsewhere. The staff was friendly and efficient. The salesman was very helpful and very patient as we looked at various Subaru vehicles. We returned several times and he wasn't pushy in trying to make the sale. He answered all of our questions. We will recommend W&L Subaru to our family and friends. The only recommendation we would have is that the finance information (e.g additional warranties) be shared with the customer before meeting with the Finance person. We felt a little rushed in making a decision on whether to purchase additional warranties for the vehicle. It would have been nice to have had this information beforehand so that we could have discussed it in private to determine what/if to purchase. More
