Common problem with seats not covered said it’s not under warranty it’s trim. Common Issue: Bolster Cracking and Tearing: Many owners on the Subaru Outback Forums note that while the flat center panels are r warranty it’s trim. Common Issue: Bolster Cracking and Tearing: Many owners on the Subaru Outback Forums note that while the flat center panels are real leather, the outer side bolsters use a cheap synthetic vinyl that stiffens, cracks, and splits around 40,000 to 85,000 miles. Private upholstery shop will do it for $700 less More
