Great staff. From making the appointment, the communication and talking to the staff in person. My visit took 3 hours for an oil change and new tires, even with having an appointment. And saw many, many people come in way after and leave before me. I understand some things take less time, but even t even with having an appointment. And saw many, many people come in way after and leave before me. I understand some things take less time, but even the man at the desk seemed anxious about how long we were waiting. Labor costs are ridiculous, probably because I had to pay for 3 hours of labor. I spent almost $900 and I got basic tires. I will likely be taking my car elsewhere in the future. More
