Waiting area is comfortable. Appointment was for 10 AM, arrived 9:45 AM, routine service not completed until 11:15 AM. Seemed excessive. More

My issue is that in my Outback Owners Manual 2022, on page 276 under Reverse Tilt Down Feature it states “THE FACTORY SETTING (DEFAULT SETTING) FOR THIS FUNCTION IS SET AS THE FRONT PASSENGERS SIDE MIRROR. THE SETTING OF DRIVERS SIDE MIRROR OPERATION CAN BE CHANGED BY A SUBARU DEALER. I had my vehicle to the dealers twice and they were not able to do this function. I have used this function on 2 of my previous vehicles for backing up and backing into my driveway. That is why I have pressed this issue. Thank you
