No apologies either). Tried to charge $500 extra for special paint protector that I specifically refused at the point of purchase. Purchase papers show 3yr free sirus radio, lasted a few months. Terrible service dept. procedures for appointments. They don't follow appointment dates, car was there a week beyond appointment and no service date provided! I took my car back, will find another dealer. More
