Customer service is excellent. But my issue this time was wait time. I arrived a little early for my inspection appt and I realize they probably didn’t take it right away. We had only scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The day before our scheduled service the ac quit working and on the way to our appointment we heard a noise when accelerating. We asked w inspection. The day before our scheduled service the ac quit working and on the way to our appointment we heard a noise when accelerating. We asked when we arrived if they could also check on these concerns. They found both problems and were able to take care of both problems within a few hours. They also contacted our extended warranty holder to see if the ac repair would be covered, which it was, saving us close to $1400 in out of pocket repairs. Friendly and very helpful staff! More
