Not only were they easy to work with, I felt for the first time, buying a car, that it wasn’t adversarial. Honest people. I only wish they had a dealership in Rhode Island and not Shrewsbury! Time is money Steve the salesman was awesome! I went in to test drive a particular Sorento- it was not available but there was a very similar one but with lower mil Steve the salesman was awesome! Steve did not for 1 second pressure me to make any decisions. I signed and was the new owner of a Sorento in less than 2 hours. I had been to about 5 dealerships in the area prior, but did not feel comfortable at any of them in terms of trusting the salesman and not feeling like I was being walked all over. Jose walked me through my options and test drove two great cars with me - I ended up buying a beautiful and clean 2016 Kia Sportage. The finance lady - whose name is slipping my mind - was also amazing in explaining in depth what I was signing and what I could expect in terms of payment etc. Overall great experience and I highly recommend!
