In fact he is less of a salesman and more of a facilitator. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a stress-free car buying experience. He showed a keen interest in understanding what I was looking for, and made me at ease right from the first interaction. There was never a hard sell/Aggressive sell from him ever ( hard selling puts me off right away- have seen that at many other car dealerships). If you want a good car salesman, go to Jose. I am pretty sure he will stand on your side in getting a good deal. Right from the first interaction to the test drive, to the price negotiations , to the paperwork, to the final delivery, it was a good experience dealing with Jose. Edwin, the sales manager was pretty helpful in finalizing the final deal of the car. A sharp and smart guy who cares well for his customers. Helped me in getting a lot of stuff after the sale was done. Most dealerships and managers just care about the next sale and don't bother much after the sale gets concluded.(Mine was an interstate sale, so there was a bit of a process and paperwork involved between paying up for the car and taking the delivery) Edwin and Jose made helped me a lot with the paperwork after the sale (something that is not easily found in other dealers for customers coming from another state). These guys at Wagner Kia have made my car buying experience a happy one. A big shout everyone at Wagner Kia including the finance manager Alex Sanchez who helped me do the paperwork for financing, and was happy to answer my zillion questions; and to the other salesmen who were pretty friendly and good natured. Overall Wagner Kia has a good bunch of people who are caring and pretty down to earth. They make your Car buying experience a pleasant one. I strongly recommend Jose /Edwin and the Dealership .
