Not only were they easy to work with, I felt for the first time, buying a car, that it wasn’t adversarial. Honest people. I only wish they had a dealership in Rhode Island and not Shrewsbury! Time is money Steve the salesman was awesome! I went in to test drive a particular Sorento- it was not available but there was a very similar one but with lower mil Steve the salesman was awesome! I went in to test drive a particular Sorento- it was not available but there was a very similar one but with lower mileage and about same price. Steve did not for 1 second pressure me to make any decisions. I signed and was the new owner of a Sorento in less than 2 hours. People make the difference and it was Steve’s kind demeanor and knowledge that made the sale. More

I had been to about 5 dealerships in the area prior, but did not feel comfortable at any of them in terms of trusting the salesman and not feeling like I was being walked all over. Jose walked me through my options and test drove two great cars with me - I ended up buying a beautiful and clean 2016 Kia Sportage. The finance lady - whose name is slipping my mind - was also amazing in explaining in depth what I was signing and what I could expect in terms of payment etc. Overall great experience and I highly recommend! He made it super easy from the start, welcoming me and made me feel at ease through a situation that can sometimes be stressful. Dave was honest and laid back through the whole process. He explained every detail of the car to me, all the features and taught me how they worked. I had been to another dealership before and they didn't take any time explaining anything to me so I was very appreciative of this. When I picked up my car he was wanting to show me again the walk through of the car and explained more things to me. He had everything ready to go so it was an easy transaction. He's only a call/text away and already has been willing to help at any time of the day. I highly recommend Dave and I've already told many people about him. Overall- awesome experience! More
