Additionally, the engine failed eight days after purchase and it was in their shop for 90 days, and during that period, they refused to refund my down payment upon request, violating the Massachusetts Used Car Law. I have since gotten rid of the car and purchased something from a more respectable dealership. There are many quality dealerships where you can buy cars in Shrewsbury, MA - avoid this one. At least the sales team was pleasant to work with. More

Shaun did a great job of describing the process, letting me know what I need, and being very...human...about the whole ordeal. I didn't find a KIA that fit my needs, but I would recommend going there just for the fact that Shaun, the Sales Manager, was very easy to work with. More

I shopped the competition for pricing and Chontell at Wagner quoted me a favorable price - It didn't change and it was straightforward with no OOPS thereafter. The in stock car I wanted had been sold earlier in the day. Chontell initiated a swop search and found our car in Connecticut. She drove down to Connecticut and brought the car to Wagner. Unsurpassed customer service !!! Chontell is exactly the kind of person I would have hired for my businesses. I would definitely buy our next car from Wagner. More
Sales team lied to make a sale I recently renewed another lease with this dealership making this my second lease here. I was asked to come in for an early buy back program going on I recently renewed another lease with this dealership making this my second lease here. I was asked to come in for an early buy back program going on and was told I would not be charged and fees other then what was agreed to at time of closing. Which was my down payment. Now months later I have received a 90 day delinquent charge on my credit report for the lease I turned in. Reason given was it did not sell for what it was expected at auction therefore I was responsible for the remaining balance. Not once was I told this could happen. I would never have taken that chance with only four months left to go on the original lease. I would have waited until it ended had I knows about this risk. The sales team here lied to me. I was very specific with my questions about any charges that might come from this transaction. I was assured there would be none. Yet here I am less than 6 weeks from closing on a mortgage with a 90 day delinquency showing on my credit report. I feel completely taken adavante of. I received no help from the dealership with this matter. The woman I was put in contact with, Susan from the dealership in Millbury spoke to me as if I were simple and wasting her time. This was my third Kia with this company but it will be my last. Once my lease is up I will no longer do business with a company who treats its customers this way. I will do my best to make sure this does not happen to anyone else by letting as many people know through as many avenues as I can. More

Excellent I had the best experience that I have ever had at a car dealership! I am 70 years old and have purchased loads of cars throughout my life. Chontell, my sales person, Chis, a sales manager, and, Justin, the finance guy! There was no pressure, they listened well to what I wanted, and, worked hard to get for me? They even came to my home about a half hour away, and, picked my sales tax check in order to expedite my car delivery! After I checked out the 2017 Sorento reviews, test drove, I told them I would bring my wife to test drive the next day! My wife loved it and all was cosumatrd! Chontell cancelled my plates for me and emailed my receipt! Great dealer! More

No pressure sales I took my mom to Wagner Kia to buy a used car because her car was very old and needed to be replaced. Over the course of three weeks, we kept coming b I took my mom to Wagner Kia to buy a used car because her car was very old and needed to be replaced. Over the course of three weeks, we kept coming back to Wagner Kia because of the no pressure sales and the selection of cars. We worked with Steve Crozier and Dave Backstrom. Both were patient with my mom's many questions which put her at ease. My mom finally bought a 2013 Kia Forte that was formerly a lease car so it had some dings and scrapes. When we went to close the deal and pick up the car a few days later, we were blown away at how new the car looked. Wagner's did a fantastic job buffing out and touching up the car. We would highly recommend Wagner Kia if you are looking for no pressure sales, knowledgable and friendly staff, and the best prices in the area. More
Great experience I went to Wagner just to browse. I wanted to buy, but I thought my credit history ( being in a car accident and out of work for a year + under insured I went to Wagner just to browse. I wanted to buy, but I thought my credit history ( being in a car accident and out of work for a year + under insured driver= crappy credit for a while) would prevent me from being able to buy a car, My daughter had bought a car the there the year before, and I saw how the guided, not pushed, her through the process (her first car). I was right there and there was no pressure from Steve for her to buy. I went to Steve and asked questions about the Soul. He answered them and never asked or pressured me to buy. I told him my story, and he and Chris the sales manager looked and kept looking until they found a great rate for me (about 8-10 points lower than I thought). I was thrilled. Now my credit is back to great and having this loan approved was a key factor. Now when I go in for my maintenance. I sit there and Steve makes it point to come over and say hi. He remembers personal things and actually can have a legitimate conversation with me (not like talking about the weather or something like that). I see the poor reviews and wonder if they went to the same dealership that I did. I very highly recommend Wagner and Steve. More
