This review is specific to the Service department; can't speak to Sales, Parts or Finance. Service here was terrible. Starting with making an appointment, which was done online. Included in the schedule request were several notes. Apparently these notes are not read by anyone. I asked that they let me know if the brakes were not under warranty. No advanced notice. We likely would not have gone in as I am happy to do pads & rotors for $150 vs $700 at the dealer. Arriving at the dealership the service rep was surly and discourteous from the get go. She basically demanded the registration, we went to get it and then she did nothing with it - never looked at it. Another service rep sitting on his xxx looked at my daughter and said where's the key, give me the keys like a bully or a total tool might say it. I told him to slow down and said they would get the keys when you get them. He was then out of the interaction. Back to surly Shirley. She said they would wash the car, never did. It was brought in because the front rotors were obviously warped at 15k miles. First, no warranty coverage after 12k, which again, they did not bother to tell me until we were there. What type of rotors last such a short time? Very cheaply produced ones. She said I can complain to Kia, which I have. How does this business have a 4.8 on Google reviews? More

Part is free but any other parts they end up putting in are going to cost. Kia usa said they can't keep dealers from doing it, heard people same problem pay serious money to fix a recall, For second time To get it in for an oil change they are backed up over a month. Dealer will not service Kia vehicles not bought at their dealer, even in an urgent matter where the vehicle doesn’t start. The first question was did you buy the vehicle here? They reported they could not service my vehicle until a month from the time it was towed there. I paid extra for a tow service to take my vehicle to a Kia dealer who provides superior service for any Kia vehicle. Car was diagnosed and repaired under warranty at a dealer 50 miles away. They even provided a loaner vehicle for that time. Wagner Kia did not want to service my vehicle because I did not buy the vehicle there.I am Disappointed that the dealer closest to my home runs a poor business model. The service department is not reliable for Kia customers that have not purchased a vehicle from them. More

It is rare that I've had occasion to visit a dealer for service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care service so I really did not know what to expect. I was apprehensive, fearful to tell the truth, of the unknown! Our 2020 soul needed emergency care and Wagner Kia was the closest choice. I was fortunate enough to encounter Stan, the service manager via telephone. He was cordial and quite genuine and I began to feel confident I was in good hands. Though my vehicle was not purchased there, he prioritized my repair and kept me well informed to it's progress. All in all I was treated well by Stan and his entire staff. Overall I can confidently say these are reputable folks with good intentions and you can feel good about visiting them for your Kia needs. The facility was quite nice b.t.w. exuding a sense of professionalism and permanence. Thank you to Stan and the fine folks at Wagner Kia! More
UPDATE: After less than 4 months with my 2018 Sportage purchased from Wagner KIA, EVEN MORE PROBLEMS and SAFETY ISSUES have appeared. The car now won't start (key not recognized), won't respond to the key purchased from Wagner KIA, EVEN MORE PROBLEMS and SAFETY ISSUES have appeared. The car now won't start (key not recognized), won't respond to the key fog command of locking/unlocking, and the remote start button has been uninstalled (installed and manufactured by KIA). I'm driving around with a uncovered vehicle handle (to manually insert the key), never knowing when it'll work again. They sell you a certified pre-owned vehicle with numerous safety issues; they do not provide a loaner vehicle or a rental. I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE A CAR THAT IS BROKEN!! KIA is unconcerned! They don't even apologize for selling you a terrible product; instead, they point the finger upon you. Only buy a KIA if you have no other options. Original post; If I could give negative stars, they would be -5, because they are working very hard on providing the worst costumer service. I brought a Kia Sportage less than 2 months ago, and the car has randomly die while driving TWICE!! I believe this is a serious problem, but they obviously disagree because they aren't in no rush to investigate the problem. Also the only service they provide on Saturdays is Oil Change. That's it. You literally have to use a vacation day to have service on the car. Also they don't provide transportation if you need to leave the car there and go to work and pick it up in the end of the day. Try to schedule to have car problems 1 month in advance, because this is when they will have an appointment available. If you can stay away. Stay FAR AWAY !! More

When i got my car back, it wasn’t driving the same as when i got it brand new January 26,2021 I told the service manager Stan and he test and agreed there was still something wrong. So i brought it back in a week later to have it fixed again. And this time the we’re telling me that i must have created enemies and to not come back to the dealership because they didn’t want to be responsible for their repairs. I keep getting disrespected by the manager and associates. And i keep getting no kind of help. They keep telling me it has to be my fault. And it’s a Brand new car with only 5000 miles on it. Why would i ruin my own brand new car. They just are terrible are fixing it obviously if I’m having the same exact issues after the 2nd time they fixed it More

They refuse to honor their pick-up service coupon, because I'm too far away (13 miles). You'd think they'd want to keep their customers and actually provide good service, especially considering this is completely their fault! More
