I have had 5 Honda Pilots. Decided to try a Highlander because my sister has one and I love hers. I test drove the new Pilot first then the Highlander. There was no comparison. The Highlander was a by far a much smoother ride and the vehicle itself felt so much heavier than the Pilot. At Honda I couldn't run away from the salesperson fast enough.....At Waite's I felt I was treated with honesty and there was no sales push. I was just made to feel that they wanted me to choose the best vehicle for me whether I bought from them or not. I will ALWAYS buy from them now because of their approach. My sales person was Jon Keggins. He did an amazing job and went through the whole vehicle with me. Every Pilot I bought I just drove off the lot. The Toyota experience was just that. The person I dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. The reason I did not give a five-star rating was that I was not allowed to avoid the insurance hard-sell meeting which followed my purchase patient.
