Very happy with my car! For my first car, i was looking for a clean, well kept, nice used car for a decent price. I found a 2013 Nissan Altima for a really good deal. We worked out a fair deal and all sides were happy. Alex completed the paperwork quickly and in a matter of 3 or 4 hours I drove the car off the lot. A very honest and positive experience ! I found Wakefield Auto Gallery by looking at reviews. After a HORRIBLE experience with Boch Honda Norwood. I went in with zero trust for car dealers. I found Wakefield Auto Gallery by looking at reviews. After a HORRIBLE experience with Boch Honda Norwood. I went in with zero trust for car dealers. Brian instantly seemed straightforward and down to earth and I felt more comfortable. I’d been to a few other places before I came here and the dealer would say the car was perfect, then the inspection would determine how that was total bs, so I was ready for that to happen again. But Brian didn’t push us. He explained that they take on cars they’re familiar with. I was looking for a Mercedes c300, he told me they don’t take just any year Mercedes. They buy the ones they know don’t have common issues, certain years have more issues. I appreciate that because we read about it, so I believed him. I drove the car. I loved it! We had it inspected at a shop down the street. The place that did the inspection dented the door by moving cars around too close together. But took responsibility and agreed to pay Wakefield Auto back for the damage and what it would cost to fix. Brian was honest with me and told me what happened, he promised to have the door fixed in a day. He did, and you’d never know by looking at it that it was dented before. Anyway, the car passed inspection thank goodness!!! The financial process was smooth. The man that helped us with that explained everything, all the warranties, everything. I’d definitely recommend this dealership! I loveeeeee my car!!! More
