I had never had any experience with a small dealership before and was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure attitude of these guys! Fatih made us feel comfortable and made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting in the 2007 Lexus IS 250. Danny, the owner, gave us different options for financing and it was clear that he wanted to do what was best for us. There was an issue with the breaks on the new car. When I brought it back they fixed it at no charge, no questions asked. These guys are real honest people and they take good care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used car! More

Honestly..Dealing with this place was the worst experience I have encountered..More so with the dealer that I dealt with (Alvin).. I met him and he seemed like a really nice person who could help m experience I have encountered..More so with the dealer that I dealt with (Alvin).. When it came to the point where he wasn't really having luck in finding my car within the price range we discussed..He literally STOPPED answering my phone calls and returning my messages...Very VERY POOR communication skills..It was a few weeks that went by that he never returned my phone call and I had to visit the place to see/speak to him..And even then he was not apologetic at all. He just simply referred me to his manager to get a refund..Even if he couldn't find what I wanted..he could have at least let me know and if I wanted him to look for something else, we could have discussed that. Very poor customer service. Beware of this place...him especially! More

I must have been to and called 10 dealers trying to find the right car for the right price and not feel like I'm getting screwed. So I went from dealer to dealer to get info and instead of answers I got high pressure sales guys, that just wanted my info before showing me the car, wanted my credit application before test driving, and one dealer didn't even have the car that I had come to see. It seemed like all of the big places that I went to where all the same. I found a TL that I had been looking for and the price was right. I looked them up and found that they were a small dealer, I have never dealt with a small dealer but at this point I would try anything. I found that the dealer had very good reviews and most of the reviews had mentioned George and Danny. I went there on Saturday to the car and was greeted by George. Right away George had gotten the cars, showed me the car, took me on a test drive, explained the details of the car how he obtained the car, the repairs that he had made to the car, gave me the carfax, and then after all of that asked me if I would like to see what he could do for me, I did not have to ask him much, he gave me all of the info that I needed before he asked for my info. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle. I was very impressed with George and his up front, honest,and most important no pressure stlye. I will be back, and tell as many people that I can about Wakefield Auto Gallery. More

George and Danny were the absolute definition of professionalism. They were dedicated to me as a client from the moment I walked onto their lot. George was phenomenal throughout the entire engagement, he even went as far as to drive me all the way to Connecticut at 9pm on a weekday to have my co-signer sign the contract. After I purchased the vehicle a few minor problems arose and George and Danny had them fixed within a few hours not days. I have a lot of respect for these guys as business owners as well as newly found friends and I will be definitely buying my next vehicle from them. Went to look at a 2003 Chevy Avalanche. He would not budge on the price at all, and even added $500.00 because of the "*" in the add. He also would not take my trade and said they did not want it even budge on the price at all, and even added $500.00 because of the "*" in the add. Not the place to go for transparency. If the car has no carfax it has probably been in an accident. If you ask for the auto report they will keep telling you they will call you back but never will. Over the course of 3 days i probably called 5 times and was put off every time. Normally i dont chase people to give them money but the car was very nice and the price was good(too good to be true). Don't expect them to level with you about any issues a car may have. All i expect is honesty. They could have told me a car had an accident and not wasted my time. More
