The service writer Wendy was great no problems. Very poor attention to detail. Purchased a used car and once you sign papers they do not care. I went to pickup my vehicle as it needed a part fixed prior to me taking it home. Upon arriving to pick it up the following was the "delivery experience": -2 missing valve stem caps -1 dead key fob -Both key fobs missing the hard key inside -Front tire pressure on both tires was 22 / Rear at 38 (Specs are 32psi each tier) and I had to put air in it myself. -Tank of gas near empty -The "repair job" was done terribly leaving exposed wires inside the door jam -Back glass covered in dried glue from the tint that was removed I sent them a picture of the shady door repair and asking to replace the missing keys and have been ignored for 2 days. Would not purchase from here again and if this is the level of detail you receive a car in how can you trust the "inspection" and any other look overs of the car they are actually selling you. I don't normally leave reviews but being ignored with these problems is not how a large dealership should conduct business. More
