He literally said " I will never make the sale next time a customer complains. i will just walk away.". We had agrees on a sale price when all of a sudden they whent back on their word and reduced my rebates so the sale price was higher so they could pocket more money at the end. when called out on their lies he screamed and got loud with their buyers. You have to make sure you pay close attention to your paperwork. The salesman and Brad were great. The manager, Chris was rude and condescending. I will never purchase a vehicle from Ford in Waldorf. They may not have the lowest price and they make no such claim. However, no hidden fees, unforeseen charges exist. No hassle pricing something I like. They offer various options too. Meaning, vehicles comes with different packages. If certain futures such as sun roof is not for you, no need think how to pay extra for that vehicle. Waldorf Ford have exact same vehicle without sun roof, less price. This goes on. My experience was with ecoboost engine, cost about $1000 more then regular 3.6 L V6 engine. They had exact same car without ecoboost. I purchased it. I cannot tell you enough to deal with a dealership that you do not have to worry about over paying for something or missing out on something. More

I immediatley told him I wanted a new vehicle, he escorted me to the new car sales and I picked out a car and test drove it. The experience I had was amazing, I explained that I wasn't a patient person, he has me fill out a application, took it to Reggie Rainey and they submitted it. Mr. Rainey said that rather than have me wait he wanted to submitt it to another place on Monday of which he did. I got an approval on Monday and Monday evening I was driving out the lot with a new car. More

Even though they tried to really work wi I am very thankful for the experience I had at Waldorf Ford. I went in wanting to buy a 2017 Ford Explorer. Even though they tried to really work with me, I realized that Ford Explorer was not my best option at this time. So I went back in and knew that I wanted a Ford Edge and what I wanted to pay and they were very helpful in helping to get to that payment. I also enjoyed working with the sales rep Bill. He was so very friendly and entertaining and he helped to explain everything to me. I am VERY happy with the car I receive and the service I got. I would recommend anyone to go there for a new car and ask for Bill Millman. More
Do not know what to believe Have been a customer for years on end. When it came time for our daughter to get a vehicle so that she can go back and forth to college, My wife and Have been a customer for years on end. When it came time for our daughter to get a vehicle so that she can go back and forth to college, My wife and I went to Waldorf Ford to see what they had. We found a used [1 year old] Ford Focus and thought it would be ok. We signed the paper work and received certifications that the vehicle was gone over and everything was checked out ok and in good working order. My daughter goes up to Towson, MD for college and the Ford Focus over heats. HUH? We tell her to take it to a Ford dealer up there to have it looked at. The small "interior" radiator was shot, the oil needed to be changed, the air filter was "packed", the interior filter was bad, on and on and on and on. I talked to the mechanic up in Towson and he swore that everything needed to be fixed. I told him to hold off and I contacted Waldorf Ford to find answers, but they swore that everything was fine. Now, here I am between a rock and a hard place trying to decide if Waldorf Ford did NOT service the vehicle as stated or was the mechanic up in Towson lying. So now, I am very hesitant to have any work done at Waldorf Ford or buy any vehicles because I do not know what to believe nor trust them anymore. More
