I'm sorry to hear that our explanation of the repair came across as dismissive or lacking in understanding. We never want our customers to feel like we are not taking their concerns seriously or not providing appropriate solutions, such as offering a loaner vehicle during repairs. Unfortunately, loaner vehicles are limited and in this instance, one may not have been available. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, we value all feedback as it helps us improve and provide better service for our customers.
