I’m just very unhappy with the lack of communication from Tony regarding a loaner vehicle. I missed work and school and no one will compensate me for my time lost at work nor compensate me for classes missed Tony regarding a loaner vehicle. I missed work and school and no one will compensate me for my time lost at work nor compensate me for classes missed. I do pay for school out of pocket. Not sure I’ll be coming back again, this is why I go to the Honda Dealership Landmark in VA as they are very attentive. More

After 3 visits to this dealership, Frank secured me my dream car in the exact color I wanted! Everyone was extremely helpful and the process was very quick. Not honest as far as what service needed to be done. Chris said I needed to have the timing belt replaced but it showed on Carfax that it had been done at 80,000 miles by the dealer in VA. That means I would’ve wasted $1200 on unnecessary repairs through your dealership. That kind of either ineptitude or dishonesty does not make me feel like I want to have anything to do with your dealership in the future. More
