I was extremely disappointed with the service and communication i received. My vehicle was scheduled for overnight service. Overnight evolved into 5 days. Expedited parts did not arrive on time a communication i received. My vehicle was scheduled for overnight service. Overnight evolved into 5 days. Expedited parts did not arrive on time and the original fixes to the AC issue were not correct. I was so disenchanted with this experience and my overall Honda experience that I have since sold the CRV (2021) and will eliminate the Honda brand from any future options. More
