Waited for over 5 hours to get a oil change and transmission fluid change. Arrived 15 to 20 minutes earlier of my appointment, missed 4 hours of work plus had a 1 hour travel to get there. Only to transmission fluid change. Arrived 15 to 20 minutes earlier of my appointment, missed 4 hours of work plus had a 1 hour travel to get there. Only to receive a free oil change from the service and a next service oil change. I know how to do my own oil change so this wasn't pleasant for my lost of work time. This was my second worst experience with Honda of Waldorf but didn't post anything to bash them. More
