I’m rating this Honda a 4 star. I like that you can make an appointment even if it’s just for an oil change. When I called they were very nice, I just wish they had told me what I n I like that you can make an appointment even if it’s just for an oil change. When I called they were very nice, I just wish they had told me what I needed to do once I got there. I had to go inside and ask, which for someone who is a full time student and works full time is a waste of precious time. I’m always busy and on the go. However, John Quillin did make up for that, he was extremely nice when he greeted me in the garage. He’s the one who did my oil change, inspected my car and let me know what my car needed done. He was very fast and I was in and out within an hour. I’d definitely go back again, now that I know what to expect. More

Excellent mechanic and review of the vehicle for MD inspection. Military discount only 1% instead of 10%. Was going to drive back and ask for the difference due to the math error, but remember the ca inspection. Military discount only 1% instead of 10%. Was going to drive back and ask for the difference due to the math error, but remember the cashier stating, the discount was only $2, you can't even buy a cup of coffee for that. Seemed that she did not like giving the military discount. Her comment caught me off guard and did not want to continue the discussion about every dollar counts. Anyhow, much appreciate the work and standards. More
