Never a Disappointment I had to have a wheel bearing replaced on my 2012 Honda civic that was past the standard warranty, but Honda and the folks at Waldorf Honda worked wit I had to have a wheel bearing replaced on my 2012 Honda civic that was past the standard warranty, but Honda and the folks at Waldorf Honda worked with me to get it replaced at a fair price. Robert Hersh is who I usually work with when i come to get my vehicle serviced and he assisted me again in 5 star fashion. Robert displays patience and general concern for customers which is hard to find these days. I value excellent customer service and that is why I return to Waldorf Honda and Robert Hersh in the service department. More

She is caring, informative, considerate, and a great person. I felt like I was buying a car from my friend. She listened to me and let me make my own decision. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and welcoming. Please, please, check it out for yourself. Ammie Fox is awesome as well, she was my initial contact and was really the reason why I came in the dealership, she helped me select my accessories, such as remote start, and when I overlooked getting my GPS and bible out of my trade-in, she quickly recovered my items.....AWESOME!!! My finance guy was great too. More
Very reasonably priced Oil Change This was my first time coming to Waldorf Honda as I typically use other merchants, because of the old addage, the dealer's are too expensive. I had j This was my first time coming to Waldorf Honda as I typically use other merchants, because of the old addage, the dealer's are too expensive. I had just gone to Tires Plus to check out the Oil Change special from a flyer they sent me for $19.95. Of course when I got there, it didn't include full Synthetic Oil and the price for that was $59.99, but the guy said he'll give me a $10.00 discount since I had the coupon and I couldn't find a better price than that anywhere. So I decided to go up the street to Waldorf Honda, since I was going to pay that pirce, I might as well see what the dealer would charge. Imagine my surprise when they said $38 and some change (tax included). I couldn't believe it. This was their everyday price and he said he could get me in immediately. All the service reps were friendly and quite amused at my astonishment that I was getting such a good deal from the dealer. They found it quite humorous. They were all a good group of guys and laughed and joked with me. I felt very good about the service I was getting and the willingness of the attendants to talk with me about service. They didn't try to hide anything or be deceptive everything was straight forward. They got me in and out within an hour, so I was very pleased. I'll definitely go back there for my service needs. One last thing, the service rep gave me a service maintenance chart with all the dealer recommended maintenance items and he even wrote down what the current costs were and they were reasonable. The biggest cost would be the 90K service, but that will be 4 or 5 years down the road, but it isn't really that expensive either considering all they will do in that service maintenance visit. So, overall it was a good day!!! More
