I know I'm not the easy customer to impress w/ excellent customer service after being a Customer Service Manager for MACYS, and Customer Service Lead for NORDSTROM who is know around the world for their EXTRAORDINARY customer service, so again Mr Dixson never fails to make me feel like I just left the RITZ Carlton. More

A few times, I was unable to make up my mind about a car, and each time I couldn't make up my mind, I asked Mr. Hal for his advice. Mr. Hal broke down every detail about car notes, style of the cars, and the reliability of Honda's cars. Mr. Hal took me on a test drive of my choice, and on that drive, Mr. Hal told and showed me EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that the car could do.
