I have at least 2 other Honda dealer less than 15 mins from my house. I know I'm not the easy customer to impress w/ excellent customer service after being a Customer Service Manager for MACYS, and Customer Service Lead for NORDSTROM who is know around the world for their EXTRAORDINARY customer service, so again Mr Dixson never fails to make me feel like I just left the RITZ Carlton. More

After bringing my 2012 Honda Accord in for an oil change, John reviewed additional required maintenance, made recommendations on the priority of related service and respected my need for delayed scheduling of a follow up appointment. He took care of booking that next service appointment and took extra care to book that appt. at a time most convenient to my availability. Not only did he make me feel like his most important customer, but got me in and out in record time! His professionalism and expert knowledge left a lasting impression. The biggest thing that stuck out to me about Mr. Hal was his patients. A few times, I was unable to make up my mind about a car, and each time I couldn't make up my mind, I asked Mr. Hal for his advice. Mr. Hal broke down every detail about car notes, style of the cars, and the reliability of Honda's cars. Mr. Hal took me on a test drive of my choice, and on that drive, Mr. Hal told and showed me EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that the car could do. I really appreciate the concerns that my service provider have my car. I use to go to Pohanka Honda but now that I have Bernard as my service provider I have no need to travel up the beltway. Bernard provides excellence customer service and I have told anyone that have a honda and live Waldorf to see him when coming to Waldorf Honda.
