The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a dealership and/or its representatives. My vehicle was kept for a month without updates on status. Getting in touch with the dealership was close to i dealership and/or its representatives. My vehicle was kept for a month without updates on status. Getting in touch with the dealership was close to impossible. Long wait times on phone and then directed to voice mail. A month later, since I couldn't contact the service rep, I went in and asked for a manager. It was then that I was given an update. I intend to make everyone that I know aware of my experience. And I certainly wouldn't recommend this dealership for ANYTHING. When I contacted the manager in person and complained about my inability to reach the service rep and informed him of my experiences on the phone, his only response was that the phone service is being changed. On one of my contacts with the rep about an update on my service issues, I was informed that the technician who was working on my vehicle was on vacation. I've never had that kind of experience or that kind of response from a dealership. Luckily, I happened to have access to a vehicle that I could use while waiting for the completion of my service issues. More

It took 11 days to repair my car. Communication was poor despite several calls. When I picked up my car, the seat was laying flat. I had to leave and come another time to pick it up. This was after speaking the service manager at length about ongoing issues. I was called two days before and told it was actually the battery and I could pick up my car at 5p and they would call me. At 6p no call and the night service manager said he knew nothing and to check the next day. This was after I told the person who called me that I would return my rental car and he guaranteed it would be done. Robyn seemed frustrated with the service technician communication but did not let on and remained professional. This starter the month before in July when I came in for regular makntenenace. I came back 3 times that day to say the sensors were acting wonky. I’d come in they’d fill tires up and I’d get home and the sensors would go off again. I was told to bring it back and when I did the night service manager said there was nothing he could do and I’d have to return the next day. But the Honda dealer told me to come down. It’s unfortunate because before July 2023 we didn’t have issues with this dealership and now my husband decided to buy his car this month elsewhere as a result. I’m going to give some thought about if I want to switch to a different maintenance facility. Trying to find out if another location would honor my extended warranty. More
