Scheduled and received an oil change, and to check on a rattling noise. Noise came from an undercarriage shield that wasn’t properly mounted at a non-dealership establishment. rattling noise. Took car in to get it serviced and asked them to do the brakes, like they suggested last time. Went to pick it up, the brakes were checked off as being good but the whole vehicle shakes when brakes are app brakes, like they suggested last time. Asked to see manager and guy comes out, tells me he can't really say why they weren't done but since one of his "good" techs worked on it that if I wanted to bring it back in (it was the end of the day) he could have them put it up and remove the tires so he could show me why it did not need brakes. (Again, I was told and then texted about the brakes at my last service in April). I could really get by without the snarky comment. Going to take it back in next week and show them why it DOES need brakes... more specifically, rotors. More
