Terrible experience! Scheduled an appointment with Ashley on Tuesday (19 July) for a Friday (22 July) appointment for a leaking coolant. Arrived on time and only to be t Scheduled an appointment with Ashley on Tuesday (19 July) for a Friday (22 July) appointment for a leaking coolant. Arrived on time and only to be told that I was not on the schedule and the system. With that, I can only get a diagnostic done for $150 and schedule an appointment for another day to get the parts ordered for what repair that needs to be done. Basically, I will end up paying an extra $150 on top of a possible $1250 repair cost. I came all the way from Virginia and wasted driving 62 miles, 2.5 hours of lost time, and paying a bridge toll for nothing. It was a complete waste of my time. Totally unsatisfactory and unacceptable. Unfortunate because I had decent service done here before but this time, the appointment process failed to do one simple thing to facilitate the service. You can do better to a customer! More
