It was a very busy Saturday and I had nail in tire I was concerned about. Seems like a minor thing but it had already been stressful week I had several upcoming doctor appointments for my husband who had concerned about. I didn’t have an appointment but really wanted to make I didn’t come up with flat. Robyn worked me in. I was going to just purchase a tire and take it elsewhere to get mounted so I wouldn’t have stress of the possible flat. Robyn saw that is was under warranty and said she would not want me to pay for tire and she had no rather work me in. I know it was extremely busy and a busy time before Christmas but she was awesome about taking care of us. Waldorf Honda staff are always so awesome and the most caring. I would buy Honda as my next vehicle just because of this service dept I appreciate the continued friendly outstanding service that the service dept provides. Best in dmv area and by far the trust and service of mangers like Robyn is like nothing I have experienced. Staff are friendly and always put customers first.
