Friendly. It would be good to have an outside waiting area that is not where employees take smoke breaks. Realize staff need a break and that it is important but would be nice to have a designated area area that is not where employees take smoke breaks. Maybe there is, I just assumed it was the same place I was directed to since COVID began. I generally use Waldorf Honda for maintenance but sometimes I have to use another dealer that has more openings. I would prefer of course to use your dealership since it is more convenient for me.
