I’ve brought my vehicle to this location for 10 years and I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle servi I’m usually very pleased. But this time the service manager left so I had to wait an extra day for my vehicle. It forced me to use the shuttle service to pick up my vehicle. The driver got lost several times because he didn’t use a GPS and had to call for directions. I recommend that the drivers not have a radio on when driving back with passengers. Either have just instrumental music or nothing. The radio station was very annoying. Thanks. More
