Very pleasant experience...Bernard explained everything! I didn’t like that they recommended my transmission fluid to be changed with only having 32k miles, but other than that the experience was great! The best dealer service I have been to in 55 years of driving. It is refreshing to be able to go and not having to prepare to fend off "upselling" reps. I have seen three different reps and not one has driving. It is refreshing to be able to go and not having to prepare to fend off "upselling" reps. I have seen three different reps and not one has tried to upsell anything....as a matter of fact, they have even reccomended less. "You want an oil change at 40% life, we usually wait to 15%." WOW. Thanks Rep from 2 times ago recommended new tires, but mentioned they still had fair tread, but some cupping on two. I said that we don;t drive much so we could probably wait until next service. She agreed, no guilt trip, no warnings.....just acceptance....refreshing Mentioned new tires to latest rep, he checked and said I still could wait.....WOW. More

They did a great job fixing my recall. The car was in and out in about 1.5 hours. I appreciated that they cleaned the car and made sure it was sanitized before returning it to me.
