Had a great experience buying the car. I came back for an oil change that was included when I purchased the vehicle. I was bamboozled into paying for a ridiculous and unnecessary treatment on a basically new oil change that was included when I purchased the vehicle. Extremely impressed with Amber's quick response in booking my last minute appointment just prior to closing.She got me in at 5:45 and done 6:15. Shortest wait ever in all service appointments. I needed new brakes. I live near Annapolis but travel to Waldorf Honda for service as I usually buy my vehicles there. I was scheduled ahead of time. The day came and the front brakes were installed but the Waldorf Honda for service as I usually buy my vehicles there. I was scheduled ahead of time. The day came and the front brakes were installed but they failed to check ahead of time to make sure the rear brakes were in stock. They were not so I had to reschedule and make a second trip for my rear brake replacement. I was also scheduled on that day for a remote key fob replacement. I was informed at my second appointment to Waldorf that they sold the last one that day and did not reserve one for me. More
