Since purchasing my first Honda in 2013 Robert Hersh has taken care of my car. Robert is always polite and very accommodating. I'm very disappointed. I described the problem, had my husband bring the car in and he was told that replacing the tensioner would fix the problem, It didn't and actually made it worse.
