Good service, however I didn't appreciate the fact that I borrowed a loaner vehicle being the reason that my work was intentionally put towards the back of the line. During an initial quote, I had been told that the work would take 5 hours. When I couldn't get in touch with the service rep, I showed up at the 5-Hour Mark only to be told that there were three to four more hours required and that my vehicle had been put lower on the priority list because the service department knew that I had a loaner vehicle. I wish that I had known beforehand that the work wouldn't complete until later. in a best case scenario I would have appreciated an opportunity to know that at the very beginning of my appointment, because then I could have told the service provider that I only had 4 hours of errands to do in the local area and really couldn't fill much more time than that. When I sit and wait on my Honda Passport, I see all those things above given to each and every customer that is there for a service. Mr. Dixson is my Service Advisor and portrays all of what I said above, but not only him. I see the same in all the Waldorf Honda staff.
