I arrived at the service facility about ten minutes earlier than my appointment and was greeted immediately by a cheerful lady attendant. Within a minute I was speaking with service manager Robert Hersh. He prepared the service order for my 2019 Odyssey Van's 30K mile service and 3 recall corrections. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable as well as compliant with COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. I was expecting a longer than usual wait for completion of work associated with the 3 recall corrections. I was pleasantly surprised when Robert came for me much sooner than expected. He explained the bill and I was pleasantly surprised to find the costs of all the maintenance work including replacements of the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were covered by the Waldorf Honda maintenance agreement that was purchased with the Van.
