As a first time customer at this location my service was good. I didn’t give a 5 rating due to my service person did not call me to advise my car repairs were done. I came to the Service Department on two different occasion and Robin was my Service Tech and she helped me out, she went over board in getting me straight. The people in the service department is always friendly, but on 2 seperate occasions I had service issues. I previously went in for an oil change, and left leaking oil because the pan was not put on correct but on 2 seperate occasions I had service issues. I previously went in for an oil change, and left leaking oil because the pan was not put on correctly. Recently I went in for recall service for fuel pump. When I received my car back, I was missing a tire stem cover, and all of the items in my trunk were tossed everywhere. I know they are busy servicing cars, but they need to slow down and ensure they are producing quality work. I can't see the actual work on the fuel pump. I just pray it was installed correctly. More
