My vehicle was not sanitized before or after the service, no plastic seat cover and technician left grease on my parking brake switch. I came in for a major service and only half of the work was done. The service writer corrected the problem and addressed the tech. He recommended some other work that needed some attention. I scheduled my appointment for the work to be done. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the tires were rotated, I didn’t understand why the tires were rotated again after I just had the major service. The service writer had to get a tech to rotate the tires. Need less to say having to wait for them to rotate my tires twice when my car was with them the whole day I probably won’t be returning back for any service. The service writer did all he can do to accommodate me but the quality of the work from the technician is what really got me thinking. More

I was there to pick up new tags and have pen stripes put on, Was given a loaner since my appointment was scheduled for 9:15 and installer was not scheduled until 11:00.
