The customer service provided by Robert Hersh was outstanding as always. Even though I had an A15 warning light on which was a major service and cost for the timing belt, he carefully reviewed my veh outstanding as always. Even though I had an A15 warning light on which was a major service and cost for the timing belt, he carefully reviewed my vehicle history and found that we had service the timing belt just six months prior based on Waldorf recommendation before an 1,800 mile round trip. Therefore the belt had not reached the recommended mileage for service and we completed only the other elements of the A15 service (Oil change, tire rotation).
