Mass confusion in the service department. No sign that said where the service section was at. I had to ask the sales guy inside. When I pulled around to the said , they had cars jumbled up tr No sign that said where the service section was at. I had to ask the sales guy inside. When I pulled around to the said , they had cars jumbled up trying to leave and go in. They had a card board sign at 2 cones show where you supposed to stop. A guy was there getting keys and parking cars. NO sign says what door you have to walk into to sit. After 2 hours I had to ask about my car, they said I need to talk to my advisor… umm 🤔 who is that ?? They said it was the guy who wrote me up… ummm no one wrote me up !! They told me to go into the huge bay are where there were no cars in there for some reason and ask them. Then they asked me who my advisor was… umm I DO NOT KNOW !! Finally it was figured out . ALSO !! They said I did not need to fix my recall but I still keep getting messages stating otherwise. Worst experience ever . More
Never had any problems until I took my Fit in for an oil change, tires rotated and to check for winter driving.. 12/4/23. A couple weeks later, I went to clean the windows, and whatever came out smeared change, tires rotated and to check for winter driving.. 12/4/23. A couple weeks later, I went to clean the windows, and whatever came out smeared the entire window shield. Took it back and showed them the smeared window 12/22/23. They washed my car because the spray went over the roof and sides of the car. I was told that I had grease on the wipers, and I was good to go. Went away for Christmas, and when I came back I went to clean the windows and stuff came out and smeared the windows big time. I could barely see out of the window. On 1/3/24, I took my car back without cleaning the window. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. No one told me anything until very frustrated I got up and asked them what was up. I was told that the washer fluid that they put in on 12/3 was bad, and they were draining it from my car and it would be another 30 minutes. My service advisor and the head of the service department came out and explained it to me. This is my first Honda, and I have been very pleased until this occurred. It was only the second time that I had an oil change. i rated excellent for my first oil change., but not the second. More

I brought my vehicle in for an issue with the steering of my 2023 crv. I drove about an hour to the dealer all for them to tell me that they couldn't replicate the issue.
