Happy Camper I was having trouble with the ignition -- car wouldn't start with each turn of the key. Had made a video of my 5 attempts to start the car one time an I was having trouble with the ignition -- car wouldn't start with each turn of the key. Had made a video of my 5 attempts to start the car one time and showed it to your service Advisor Robert Hersh. He listened! Same problem occurred when the mechanic tried it. My car was returned to me with a replaced starter. Thank you for the repair and for the peace of mind in not having to worry that my car would break down on me. My 97 year old Mother thanks you too!
