Waldorf Honda - Service Center

When I arrived at the Service Department I was greeted by a young man who also helped me with the Express Service Kiosk. I do not remember his name. After I finished with the Kiosk, I met with Bernard. I alw a young man who also helped me with the Express Service Kiosk. I do not remember his name. After I finished with the Kiosk, I met with Bernard. I always like to see him when I go to Waldorf Honda because he is very nice to me when I have questions or concerns about my car. And since I do not know anything about cars, he explains in simple terms for me to understand. He quickly took my car back to get an oil change and a tire rotation. He came to me in the waiting area and told me that their were two concerns he had and told me I could get them done next time I came back. Bernard kept me updated with the progress of my car. Once my car was done, it was time to pay at the cashier. Donna, also greeted me with a smile and was very nice and kindly told me the total and before I left, she told me to have a nice day. I enjoy coming to Waldorf Honda. I know my car will be in good hands by great staff. More

This dealer is convenient to my home. I like the service team especially Ne Bernard Dixon. He confirms the work I ask for plus gives me recommendations of work that needs to be taken care of.
