A different type of service today the service was fine. normally they would inform me if there were anything that needed or recommendation for repairs. this day nothing at all. no reco the service was fine. normally they would inform me if there were anything that needed or recommendation for repairs. this day nothing at all. no recommendation no nothing. i don't know exactly when my oil will need changing because i can't see the mileage. they set it to the temperature. so now i have to guess when the oil needs changing or just wait until the service light comes on. whomever the mechanic tech was i'm really not sure but the sales rep was good. i guess he was just doing his job. nothing was on the worksheet for recommendation so he had nothing to report or suggest to me. I've been going to Honda of Waldorf for almost a year now. this was the only time i was not OK with the service. but i'll continue to go back. the workers are very friendly and polite. More

Pleasantly surprised Having owned cars for close to 50 years, I have been used to living in dread of the visit to the service dept of a car dealership. I rate it right beh Having owned cars for close to 50 years, I have been used to living in dread of the visit to the service dept of a car dealership. I rate it right behind the dealership itself for a new car, time-share sales, the doctor and dentist. I must confess that Waldolf Honda is “slowly” changing that. There is no hard sale, facts are presented and recommendations made, and most importantly prices seem reasonable, The costs have been competitive with outside shops and I don’t feel the need to shop around for a good deal. My only recommendation would be to allow the coupons that seem to arrive in the mail midway between service times and always are misplaced until AFTER the service has been provided, to be entered into my account (or even sent by email) and be ready when I bring my car back. I also appreciate the CarFax Carcare reminders sent and their updates of services provided by the service department (maybe even send coupons here). I’m not sure how long it will be provided but it has been a great perk so far. All in all, I must say the dread of service at YOUR dealership has been, THUS FAR, changing my attitude. Thanks for being mindful of the customer. More
