Pretty good service I have been coming to Honda to for my oil changes for a few months now. Friendly staff. And I don't feel they just "want my money". However my recent visit was to get my air condition fixed. I had the part ordered and was told it would take a week. Unfortunately I had to call twice to check the status. The part came the day after promised. I was able to put my car in the shop and within hours it was ready. My car is nice and cool now. Thank you Honda! More

I dropped my CRV off to have an oil/filter changed and tires rotated. Tony said it would be ready in an hour or so, but within 45 minutes he called to say my vehicle was ready. I recently dropped of my vehicle to get an oil change. The prior time I had service on my vehicle things were a hassle and upon talking with the service manager he assured me that the issues would not ha The prior time I had service on my vehicle things were a hassle and upon talking with the service manager he assured me that the issues would not happen again and our next oil change would be on them. Fast forward oil change happens and we end up paying for and the vehicle came back unwashed as it has every single time we have brought our brand new vehicle in for service. This dealership has made up my mind that this I’ll be the first and last Honda that I ever own. More
