I had already scheduled service for oil change for Monday at 1:30pm and had hoped to have the sunroof installed the same day in the morning which would have meant I would have had to make one trip. Not sure why both things could not be scheduled the same day, but had to come back on Thursday at 10:30 am for sunroof installation. This was done in a timely manner and professionally. Job was completed by 11:00 am and I was on my way home. More

Brakes and Steering The service I have received is not fixing the brakes and steering on my car. I had a very friendly and helpful service representative who tried to solve the problem but the repairs did not fix the brakes and steering. More

Negotiated with sales and management to have rear seated protectors included with rear hatchback carpet protectors. When I brought car in to have these installed, internet department said i did not order b protectors included with rear hatchback carpet protectors. When I brought car in to have these installed, internet department said i did not order back seat protectors and they were not an option for my car. Checked with parts department and found out rear seat protectors are available. Internet department lied to me. More
