Customer Service This particular experience was not good. The reason was because my vehicle service was past on to Bernard Dixson. My experience with him is always te This particular experience was not good. The reason was because my vehicle service was past on to Bernard Dixson. My experience with him is always terrible. He doesn’t follow up with me and I usually have to wait al day for my service to be done. My experience started at 9:30 am and I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. But he never came to the phone. Ultimately I didn’t pick up my vehicle until 4:30 in the afternoon. 7 hours to put on 4 tires, a fuel injection cleaning and change a cabin filter. Other than Mr. Dixson the service center and everyone else are excellent. He’s just that fly in the ointment. More

1 1\2 hour tire plug I really do not have too much to say. All I know is that most of the service receptionist were on the phone and it took them about five minutes to act I really do not have too much to say. All I know is that most of the service receptionist were on the phone and it took them about five minutes to actually have me signed in for service. Tim Britt help me finally and then disappeared. Another service person came to me an hour later saying that my tire had a nail in it. Once this was assessed (60minutes) it took another 30 minutes to have it plugged. I feel this was unacceptable that I had to wait so long to have a tire plugged. More
