Goes Above and Beyond wth Service! I had a minor mechanical issue, with my 2016 Pilot. that was caused by debris in road. It occurred on a Saturday night. Satisfied I arrived for a services . I was met with a services man name Bernard that was friendly and Courteous would directed me to the area to check my car in I arrived for a services . I was met with a services man name Bernard that was friendly and Courteous would directed me to the area to check my car in. Britt was the services man took my car and directed me in the wait area I quest I was there fir maybe about 45 minutes to an hour and Britt appeared and explained everything to and I departed . The car has been washed , but it appears they did nit Vacuum clean inside nit sure that was part of the service More

Lack of communication I was told my car would be worked on Tuesday. I dropped the car off Monday night. I heard nothing before close of business on Tuesday. Wednesday, I I was told my car would be worked on Tuesday. I dropped the car off Monday night. I heard nothing before close of business on Tuesday. Wednesday, I called and could not get a status for my car. I was told my service rep, Tony, was not in and the best that could be done was to leave him a message. Wednesday afternoon, I tried to call Tony again, and got no answer. I called the service desk immediately the call attempt, got transferred to a different service rep who said, "Oh, your rep is Tony; let me transfer you." It is only then that I got in touch with Tony to find out that my car was done. My suspicion is that my car had been done for some time. Even if it was not, a simple text message saying "we hit some delays, your car is not done" would have been better than failing to return my call. More
