I like that they offer shuttle service in the area so I don't have to arrange a ride or get stuck waiting at the dealership if my car needs to be there a long time. I also appreciate that they give me a heads up on what I might need done in the future so I can budget accordingly. I have over 140K miles on my car, and I know it's still got a lot of life in it!
